things i look forward to when skinny:
-having a defined jaw bone (!!! this is like a #1 thing for me, i’ve always had a fat neck)
-being able to fit into my sisters clothes easily
-people finding me attractive actually and not just being grossed out by me
-actually liking the way my body looks
-feeling good in a swim suit
-collarbones that p o p
-seeing people i used to know and watching their reactions to my new weight
-being able to wear white without feeling like a goddamn marshmallow
-not having rolls stick out from my pants
-actually having control over what i put into my body, and knowing no one can take that away

Just because I say my body is fat and ugly does not mean I think your body is fat and ugly. Even if we have the same weight. Even if our bodies look exactly the same. Even if you weigh 100 lbs more than me. My body is the only body I find ugly. Your body is beautiful to me. Period.
imagine this:
it is finally summer and your friends want to go to the beach. last summer you for sure would’ve said no; you were way too fat! your stomach spilled over your bikini bottoms, your thigh rubbed against each other when you laid down. but now you’re thin. perfectly thin, the thinnest friend. going to the beach is no problem. so you decide to go and you all lay out your towels on the sand to tan. you lie on top of it and can look down your bathing suit bottoms because your hipbones are holding them up. your ribs are showing and your stomach looks concave. you look around at your friends to see their soft tummies and thick thighs. of course they are beautiful, but you realize with pride that you are the thinnest. after taking a cute photo showing your thigh gap, you all run to the water. the water is freezing but you don’t mind the chill; you’re used to being cold. you can feel the wind whistling through the gap in your thighs as you hold onto that cute sunhat you bought when you reached your first goal weight. standing there laughing with all your friends, you feel happy. this is why you skipped all meals, fasted all that time. so you could finally be happy ❀
